Che's professional background is as a 6-figure business consultant and luxury fashion designer whose work bridges culture, sustainability, and strategic innovation. With a background in high-level operations, covert security projects, and business continuity, they bring a unique combination of creative vision and organisational leadership to every project.

As a designer, they are best known for showcasing at London Fashion Week in February 2025, presenting a sustainability-focused, gender-neutral, multifunctional piece inspired by Caribbean folklore. The design reimagined La Diablesse, weaving in the spirit of Jab Jab and the visual poetry of Pretty Mas, earning acclaim for its cultural storytelling and modern craftsmanship.

Passionate about elevating Caribbean creativity on global stages, they founded Kimbe Mas CIC to drive long-term cultural impact through education, public art, community development, and sustainable innovation. Their mission is to ensure Caribbean culture is not only seen — but valued, studied, invested in, and preserved for future generations.
