• metal barriers along key routes,
• directional crowd flow with visible signage,
• large judging-point banners and arches,
• cordon management between sound systems and parade routes, and
• pre-event public education campaigns explaining carnival elements to encourage responsible behaviour.

We prioritise disability access, sensory-aware spaces, hydration and rest points for bands, and training in mental health first aid and trauma-informed design.
